Executive Team


Gordon King
President & CEO

Gordon founded ProPac in 1989, after realizing the need for dependable disaster relief supplies and understanding the importance of delivery with urgency. We like to think of him as head coach of our team. Thanks to Gordon’s vision and energy, customers benefit from ProPac’s ever-expanding capabilities and inventory of products for disaster professionals.

Rich King
Chief Operating Officer

ProPac Chief Operating Officer, Richard King, is a 1996 U.S. Naval Academy graduate and current Naval Reservist. He was recently deployed to the United States Naval Expeditionary Base, Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti, as the Air Operations / Safety Officer. Richard oversees the daily operations of ProPac, working closely with logistics in product assortment and dissemination, sales, marketing and procurement. His experience in the emergency disaster supply field, plus his logistical military understanding serve to undergird Richard’s oversight of growth for the company.

Harry Rollins
Executive Vice President, Emeritus

Semi-Retired, Harry is a logistics expert and assists the entire ProPac team to make it all happen. While not in the office on a daily basis now, Harry continues to consult and provide ProPac with his valuable expertise. A Graduate of the Citadel, Harry is a retired Army Officer with over 22 years of service. He has extensive worldwide military logistics experience. A leader at ProPac since 1993, Harry continues providing his valuable insight into all aspects of the business.

Susan Risher
Vice President & CFO

Susan joined the ProPac team as Controller in 2006. She puts over 25 years of experience in business to task as she oversees all our accounting, human resources and financial reporting activities. Susan contributes even more to our company, as she oversees our computer system and provides administrative support to the sales and warehouse teams.

Sue King
Business Manager

Sue joined ProPac in 1993 when we consisted of only three employees and one computer to be shared by all. She often managed the office single handedly while the others were attending trade shows. Sue has performed just about every function at ProPac and today is our Business Manager. She expedites order fulfillment and adds efficiency to practically every process in our company.

Candy Still
Warehouse Manager

Candy joined ProPac as Warehouse Manager in 2006. She is responsible for the receipt and storage of over 1,600 stocked inventory items at our warehouse facilities. Candy and her team prepare, assemble and ship all orders promptly, with accuracy and efficiency.

Julie Jackson
Purchasing Coordinator

Julie Jackson joined ProPac in 2014. As Purchasing Coordinator she is responsible for the purchase of all goods, materials and supplies. She closely monitors the delivery of purchases in order to maintain a consistent inventory level. Julie interacts with our suppliers on a day-to-day basis to ensure that ProPac receives and delivers quality products to our customers.

Skip Stephenson
Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Skip Stephenson is a United States Marine Corps veteran with 9 years of experience in Disaster Mitigation Sales. Skip started out in this business designing custom mobile command vehicles and EOC trailers then moved into logistics and operations. He has been with ProPac, Inc. since 2012 and moved to Charleston in July 2015 to join the management team.

John Dorton
Customer Service & Sales

John joined ProPac in 2009 and is a United States Army veteran and graduate of the College of Charleston. John assists with phone orders but his specialty is helping customers with the configuration, construction and stocking of custom emergency response trailers. He works with them closely from initial design through delivery. John occasionally takes to the road himself to deliver trailers and enjoys meeting customers at conferences.

Vanessa Forté
Customer Service & Sales

Vanessa joined ProPac in 2006 during the very hectic period after hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma as we were replenishing disaster kits and supplies for the American Red Cross, The Salvation Army and USAID. She is a valuable member of our Sales Team, working with a wide variety of customers from major distributors to those placing phone and internet orders. You may have met Vanessa in person as she represents ProPac at several conferences each year.

Frank Barger
Customer Service & Sales

Frank came to ProPac with many years of industrial sales and safety experience. His experience represents years of developing long lasting relationships with customers and working closely with them to provide relevant solutions for their needs. Frank works closely with our major distributors on the inside and occasionally on the outside providing support and pricing for various projects. He also assists customers with the configuration, construction and stocking of custom emergency response trailers.

Robbie Joyner
Customer Service & Sales

Robbie joined the ProPac, Inc. team in April of 2017. With his sales experience, he has proven ability in relationship building and understands the importance of fulfilling all his customers’ needs with an “it shall be done” spirit! This has made him a valuable asset to all of his customers. You may meet Robbie at many Disaster Preparedness and Response conferences across the country. You will quickly learn how his expertise makes him and ProPac a valuable asset!

Nadiia Fadda
Accounting Assistant

Nadiia joined ProPac in December 2020 during a very busy time of COVID-19 pandemic. As a 2017 MBA graduate from SCU, Nadiia is a social do-gooder. She cannot stay aside from being where help is mostly needed. She has 5 years of experience in corporate finance and public accounting as well as great business networking. Currently she is involved in accounts payable and other financial operations. She assists our sales personnel with sales tax questions. If you are a vendor, you are in good hands.
