Gordon founded ProPac in 1989, after realizing the need for dependable disaster relief supplies and understanding the importance of delivery with urgency. We like to think of him as head coach of our team. Thanks to Gordon’s vision and energy, customers benefit from ProPac’s ever-expanding capabilities and inventory of products for disaster professionals.
Chief Operating Officer
Rich is a 1996 U.S. Naval Academy graduate and current Naval Reservist. He was recently deployed to the United States Naval Expeditionary Base, Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti, as the Air Operations / Safety Officer. Richard oversees the daily operations of ProPac, working closely in product assortment and dissemination, sales, marketing, and procurement. His experience in the emergency disaster supply field and background in Naval Aviation assists Richard’s vision for growth of the company.
Vice President & CFO
Susan joined the ProPac team as Controller in 2006 and has played a large part in ProPac’s success. With over 25 years in the business, she oversees accounting, human resources, financial reporting, and is a member of our strategic initiative team. Susan’s technical knowledge and I.T. expertise also helps troubleshoots ProPac’s growing computer systems while also providing administrative support to the sales and warehouse teams.
