This ProPac backpack kit provides tools to assist in the safe and orderly evacuation of classrooms or campus buildings. It is based on a kit we developed for the University of Texas at San Antonio to equip their Floor Captain Safety Liaison Program. Their kits are placed in all campus buildings to for use by volunteers as they assist in evacuation.
