ProPac Grab and Go® Emergency Preparedness Kits are provided free of charge to county residents by the health department.

Each year, the Mason County, WV Health Department distributes emergency kits to the residents of the county. These kits are free and purchased by the health department with grant funding received by the Centers for Disease Control and the West Virginia Center of Threat Preparedness.

The ProPac Grab and Go® Preparedness Kits, item K4001, do not contain food but contain water and other supplies that would help in an emergency. These kits are self-contained in a tote bucket and along with the supplies, residents will receive an emergency book, a waterproof envelope for emergency papers and a list of other items to add to go along with the kit.
